INTERNAL QUALITY CONTROL

• Pre-harvest control is logged, for annual and random inspections.

• We perform our own microbiological count in the farm, besides the packing plant test (post-harvest).

• Antibiotic screening in the farm is performed, besides final inspection in the packing plant with LC/MS/MS.

• Heavy metals is monitored also.
